Pre telekomunikačného klienta v Bratislave, hľadáme WSO2/Keycloak Lead Developera. Jedná sa o realizáciu APIM a IDM vývoja v spolupráci s vývojármi biznis integrácie, mobilnej aplikácie, Java/React FE a Java BE vývojármi, CI/CD tímom a IS OPS tímom. Úlohy: - Zanalyzovať a navrhnúť optimálne API Management a Identity and Access Management riešenie postavené na WSO2 / Keycloak - Podieľať sa na tvorbe architektúry, definovanie rozloženia funkcionalít medzi aplikáciami - Podieľať sa na určovaní ďalších súvisiacich technológií, knižníc a frameworkov - Navrhnúť optimálny postup pre prechod z existujúceho na nové APIM a IDM riešenie - Vyvíjať a optimalizovať služby v APIM a IDM, mapovanie dát a webové služby - Definovať nové a dodržiavať existujúce vývojové štandardy a vzory - Analyzovať a odstraňovať nedostatky softvéru v oblasti škálovateľnosti, výkonnosti, dostupnosti a bezpečnosti riešenia - Testovať a dokumentovať zdrojový kód a konfiguráciu - Inštalovať a konfigurovať vyvinutý softvér, spolupráca CI/CD tímom a IS OPS tímom - Vytvárať diagramy a špecifikácie popisujúce vstupy/výstupy a logiku programu - Rozvíjať vedomosti kolegov v APIM a IDM oblasti

Main responsibilities: - customer (one of major Austrian mobile network operator) facing support engineer in vendor-network operator environment (on-site) - maintenance and support activities of voice core network elements in a cloud environment (network change operations, upgrades, processing / tracing trouble tickets, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, inspection tasks, etc.) - acting as interface between network operator technical team and vendor level 3 support - providing technical support for mobile and fixed voice services - on-call duty as an option,it is not manadatory (readiness to do if required once in 2-3 Months after first year - is extra paid)

This role covers a versatile range of assignments and activities. Being in charge of Service for wire line devices, execution of operations, performance monitoring and reporting over different areas (KPI), SLA monitoring and SLA reporting. Ticket handling and 2nd Line activities are the highlights of this this job. Plus Mobile Network experience of at least 1 year either on Operator or Vendor side is a “must have” to execute this role. Responsibilities: 1. Preparing of Change management Low Level Design, including providing valuable technical inputs in the interface between High Level Design and LLD. 2. Level-2 fault restoration and configuration (Incident & Problem) management of work delegated and preparing analysis for Level-3 support. 3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices and network implementation process. 4. Act as contact point for incidents from various functions like NOC, BO etc. 5. Ensure Back office operations services are delivered according to contract, SLA and contribute to customer satisfaction. 6. Emergency restoration procedure and processes oriented. 7. Prepares Incident /Root Cause Analysis reports for internal and external purpose. 8. Coordination with relevant departments for technical and management issue resolution and timely escalations. 9. Preparing operation reports and dashboard. 10. On-call duty as an option, not manadatory (readiness to do if required once in 2-3 Months after first year - is extra paid) Relations with colleagues: 1. Direct supervisor: Project manager 2. Coordinative positions: working in a team with colleagues to support a big Austrian mobile Operator
