In your role, you: Leverage analytics derived from operations, such as DORA (DevOps Research and Assessment), to identify potential continuous testing needs and opportunities. Promote a shift from annual testing to continuous testing to adapt to changing development, deployment, and operating models. Collaborate with teams to establish and optimize the first coverage for emerging risks, especially in the context of cyber threats. Place a stronger focus on data backup testing, particularly in the face of ransomware threats. Continuously refine and optimize testing processes and industry standards to ensure the effectiveness of IT Resilience. Work closely with multi-functional teams to define testing criteria, ensuring comprehensive coverage of critical IT services. Use and analyze test data effectively in support of the testing process. About the Team We develop and maintain IT Continuity-, Resilience- and DR- capabilities to mitigate the risk of unavailability and enable prioritized recovery of IT Services in the event of a major disruption with minimal impact to critical business processes. Project description: • Work with team to embed and reinforce Agile practices. • Identify and remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the progress of the team and delivery. Help the team identify and address any issues or risks that may affect the successful completion of the sprint. This could involve anything from resolving conflicts within the team to coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and execution. • Implement and adapt the Software Development Lifecycle in cooperation with team, IT Ops and Product Owner. Ensure manageable distribution of workflow within the team. • Support the facilitation of Agile events. Ensures that Agile events (such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives) are conducted effectively and efficiently. Helps the team understand the purpose of each event and guide them in following the Agile values and principles. • Measure and monitor the progress of the team during each sprint and ensures that the team is on track to achieve its sprint goals. Enable team to track progress and output through dashboards (e.g., burn-down charts) and other reporting systems and maintain relevant metrics and artefacts. • Cultivate the team’s self-organization capabilities, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. • Shield the team from external disruptions and unnecessary distractions, allowing them to focus on their work during the sprint. • Ensure that decisions are made within the team, encouraging, and supporting team members to assume responsibility for their decisions. • Support and promote an effective feedback culture based on the Agile values. Main responsibilities: - customer (one of major Austrian mobile network operator) facing support engineer in vendor-network operator environment (on-site) - maintenance and support activities of voice core network elements in a cloud environment (network change operations, upgrades, processing / tracing trouble tickets, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, inspection tasks, etc.) - acting as interface between network operator technical team and vendor level 3 support - providing technical support for mobile and fixed voice services - on-call duty as an option,it is not manadatory (readiness to do if required once in 2-3 Months after first year - is extra paid)

This role covers a versatile range of assignments and activities. Being in charge of Service for wire line devices, execution of operations, performance monitoring and reporting over different areas (KPI), SLA monitoring and SLA reporting. Ticket handling and 2nd Line activities are the highlights of this this job. Plus Mobile Network experience of at least 1 year either on Operator or Vendor side is a “must have” to execute this role. Responsibilities: 1. Preparing of Change management Low Level Design, including providing valuable technical inputs in the interface between High Level Design and LLD. 2. Level-2 fault restoration and configuration (Incident & Problem) management of work delegated and preparing analysis for Level-3 support. 3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices and network implementation process. 4. Act as contact point for incidents from various functions like NOC, BO etc. 5. Ensure Back office operations services are delivered according to contract, SLA and contribute to customer satisfaction. 6. Emergency restoration procedure and processes oriented. 7.
