In this role you would be instrumental in ensuring the functionality, resilience, and security of IT applications by implementing meticulous testing practices and optimizing processes. Your excellent communication and analytical skills, and collaborative spirit will contribute to the refinement of IT disaster recovery plans and the establishment of efficient testing methodologies. We invite you to play a key role in securing the IT Resilience. You will work with a diverse team of talented professionals supporting with managing IT Resilience effectively. In your role, you: Leverage analytics derived from operations, such as DORA (DevOps Research and Assessment), to identify potential continuous testing needs and opportunities. Promote a shift from annual testing to continuous testing to adapt to changing development, deployment, and operating models. Collaborate with teams to establish and optimize the first coverage for emerging risks, especially in the context of cyber threats. Place a stronger focus on data backup testing, particularly in the face of ransomware threats. Continuously refine and optimize testing processes and industry standards to ensure the effectiveness of IT Resilience. About the Team We develop and maintain IT Continuity-, Resilience- and DR- capabilities to mitigate the risk of unavailability and enable prioritized recovery of IT Services in the event of a major disruption with minimal impact to critical business processes. Pre nášho Telco klienta v Bratislave, hľadáme junior Transmission Inžiniera: Všeobecná charakteristika Zodpovedá za prípravu pokladov a vytvorenie “Change Request-ov” na migráciu RAN vysielačov a B2B klientov zo starej MBH (Mobile BackHaul) siete do novej. Spolupracuje s prevádzkovým tímom na plánovaní príslušných migrácií. Looking for a Scrum Master to join our team to support delivery for one of our key Telco clients, in Bratislava. Project description: • Work with team to embed and reinforce Agile practices. • Identify and remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the progress of the team and delivery. Help the team identify and address any issues or risks that may affect the successful completion of the sprint. This could involve anything from resolving conflicts within the team to coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and execution. • Implement and adapt the Software Development Lifecycle in cooperation with team, IT Ops and Product Owner. Ensure manageable distribution of workflow within the team. • Support the facilitation of Agile events. Ensures that Agile events (such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives) are conducted effectively and efficiently. Helps the team understand the purpose of each event and guide them in following the Agile values and principles. • Measure and monitor the progress of the team during each sprint and ensures that the team is on track to achieve its sprint goals. Being in charge of Service for wire line devices, execution of operations, performance monitoring and reporting over different areas (KPI), SLA monitoring and SLA reporting.
