Essential duties and responsibilities:

As part of the international OSS support team inside the global organization of a leading telecommunication vendor, you will manage all the technical activities with the European customers. You will be acting as primary technical interface and first technical escalation point within the customer small and mid-sized projects, working together with project management and technical staff.

The technical environment involves tools for the Network technical management, Solution architecture, Deployment, Upgrade, Integrations and the Cloud backup infrastructure.
You will be available for technical support of client´s Network Management products (NetAct, ARC and others) in some roles:
- System integration engineer (Commissioning, upgrade, update, system verification, acceptance testing,
troubleshooting)
- Technical project manager (primary technical interface within the Customer project)
- Domain architect (project documents preparation: HLD, LLD, SAT …)

Main area of responsibilities:

• Commissioning, upgrade, update, system verification, acceptance testing, troubleshooting for client´s NM products (Netact, ARC and others)
• Acting as primary technical interface and first technical escalation point within the Customer project
• Technical contact and reference person for small and mid sized projects, working together with Project
management and technical staff
• Carries out root/cause analysis in more complex problems
• Develops and implements recommendations

• Experience in NETACT, Archive Cloud (Technical Management, Solution Architecture, Deployment, Integrations, Troubleshooting)
• Leadership and coordination skills
• Fluent in English
