"I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data contained in the application for employment, CV, personal data obtained from the contact form on the company website and personal data obtained during the interview at T&T Consulting Slovakia s. r. o. according to Z. č. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Act No. 18/2018 Coll.”) of T&T Consulting Slovakia s. r. o. for the purpose of project mediation and / or employment. The consent may be revoked at any time in writing (sending email request to info@t-tconsulting.sk), otherwise the consent shall expire 3 years after the date of its granting and the data shall be anonymized and further used solely for statistical purposes. At the same time, I acknowledge that the rights of the data subject are regulated in § 59 et seq. of Act no. 18/2018 Coll.
