Position: Senior Tester/Test Manager

For our Telco client, in Bratislava we are looking for an experienced Senior Tester/Test Manager!
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in crafting the vision for the Testing Chapter.
• Provide ongoing support to chapter members, addressing daily challenges and facilitating their career development.
• Enhance and augment the existing automation processes.
• Assist in the preparation of quality assessments, reports, and performance metrics.
• Present updates on test improvements and developments at daily progress meetings.
• Oversee the management of escalations, risks, and issues pertaining to the testing services delivered by Agile teams.
• Coordinate testing roles and responsibilities across teams.
• Oversee all activities related to test management, tool development, and configuration management.

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in a Test Manager role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams for a minimum of 3 years.
• Strong background in test planning and strategy development.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Hands on working experience in Agile is an advantage
Desired Skills:
• Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail.
• Familiarity with Postman, SoapUI, and SQL.
• Comprehensive understanding of Test Automation, Integration, and Non-Functional Testing.
Desired Experience:
• Proven track record in test status reporting at both detailed and executive levels.
• Significant experience in test management, particularly in designing and implementing test frameworks for large-scale projects and improving existing testing processes.
• Deep knowledge of testing techniques, including Specification-based Black Box, Structure-based White Box, and Experience-based testing methods
